Sometimes, you might just like to study the market a bit before you decide to sell, or purchase - Is it the right time or not? We can help! We will set up a search of the entire Multiple Listing Service just for you to help you in your research. Automatic e-mails with an interactive map will give you daily results. First, if you wish, we could set up one search for all homes that are similar to the one you own... then you can see what your competition would be, pictures, prices and addresses and see every new listing that comes on the market with like parameters - and where it is located. Then, we could set up a search for the property you would hope to purchase, defining price, area, style of property, size, etc. Every day you would get an e-mail for each search. Each search comes with a map so you can see where all the properties are located, see the pictures, and keep as Favorites, the ones you want to save. At any time, you can go back, and check out all homes in your parameters on the county map. It's really great! This is how many of our customers have found the home they purchased. It wasn't always when it first came on the market, but often it was when they were notified that the price had dropped. This is an extremely valuable program we have purchased for our customers.
