This is a page of our office’s active and pending listings. It has the most information, virtual tours, web commercials, and printable flyers on a limited number of property listings.  IDX Listings
IDX stands for internet data exchange This is the list best characterized as MLS lite. It is a complete list, but with limited information. Most all of the brokers in the area contribute their listings to this data base. If you are just trying to get an idea of the market this is a good place to start. There is a limited amount of information on each listing but it will give you an idea of what is in the market. It will not give you addresses, but no email address is required from you

HomeQuest is a great way to really learn the market, whether you are looking to buy a home or simply want to better understand what your home is worth in the current market. The HomeQuest site contains ALL the listings in the MLS. HomeQuest delivers listings to you via email, every day at the same time of day. You will be able to print, add to Favorites and request showings through the HomeQuest site. The HomeQuest site presents the listings to you in a map based format, so you can really understand exactly where the properties are located.
HomeQuest does require that you place your name and email address in a form in order to receive listings, but once you’ve experienced the “Wow” factor of the HomeQuest site you’ll be glad you did!
